Wahay, now we are getting round to throwing an object in the air, the secret when flipping objects is to always make sure you flip them cleanly and catch them softly, try not to over-rotate too as this looks messy and if there is liquid in the bottle or tin it will cause it to spill!
Basic Flips are really easy, hold the tin by its body or the bottle by its neck and just flick it by throwing the object in the air, watch as it completes its rotation and look for the catch, the catch can either be by the body of the tin or the body or neck of the bottle, cushioning it with a soft catch to avoid spillage
