This move is a simple but gains audience attention and shows control.
Start with your arm behind your head and your hand at the side with an open palm, what we a going to do is simply pass the tin from one hand to the other whilst in this position, as you feel more confident with the pass you can increase the distance of the pass until it actually looks as if you are throwing it.
