Ok lets up the ante a little and move on to a basic bottle flipping move. We are going to show double flips instead of singles as they are harder than singles, learn the double and the singles should come naturally.
Hold the bottle so your palms are facing inwards and throw the bottle from your left hand towards your right watching the axis of rotation (where the neck meets the body of the bottle) when it completes its two revolutions look to catch the neck of the bottle open palmed with your right hand
